Meet your host, Kristen Duke:

Kristen is a parenting teens expert with years of experience in coaching how to become more trusted by your teen.

She teaches you how you can become a safe place for your kids so that they will want to come talk to you, and actually listen to what you have to say.

She’s a Texan living in Colorado, wife to a physical therapist and running coach, mom to 4 kids, 3 “graduated teens” and 1 teen still at home (see the podcast cover image).

She can’t wait to guide you and encourage you… and to share the stories to teach you how to become more TRUSTED by your teenager.

Have a MOM RESET when feeling frustrated with your teen (you’re not alone!)
